Good news and Bad news

Tonight, I went to see Kick Ass. Great fun. Very funny, clever, and delightfully violent. And it's an indy film too boot. Funded by millionaires, but still.

Also, Simon Singh won his appeal against the extremely dodgy ruling regarding what he meant by such words as "happily" and "bogus", it's taken 2 years and over £200,000 pounds in otder to define the terms of the argument, now he has to go through the actual trial. Libel Reform couldn't come quick enough.


Unfortunately, there's also the damaging and useless monster that is the Digital Economy Bill.
