Hey, do think it's possible that laziness when it comes to physical exercise can be overcome when it comes to minimising of booze, chocolate and pastries?
Because I'm quite good at the disciplined not eating of sweets as there's been two birthdays this week at work and I've only taken grapes and bananas when presented with a wide range of yummy things.
I've been called indolent before, but never greedy. I think that may be why I find it easier to avoid things rather than exercise. But I have been making a decision to walk to and from places whenever possible. I think this may work as a sort of substitute because I don't see long walks as exercise but as an excuse to listen to podcasts and audiobooks on my ipod.
In non-why-I'm-a-lazy-bugger news, I've watched some of S3 of Fringe, new eps of Caprica and Stargate Universe and enjoy them all differently. And I recently went to a meetup of English youtubers which was great fun and involved a walking tour of some of London's interesting places by David Cole who showed off places even I didn't know about.
Also looking forward to TAMLondon coming to London next weekend, tickets still on sale even if they are a bit pricey.
