mymatedave10I've been back in the UK for just under a week now and have only now decided to update. Why you ask?
Well, I didn't feel like it and it's my LJ so there.
Anyway, I did something that I thought I would never do, and bought designer clothing. A Ralph Lauren polo shirt and a Tommy Hilfiger shirt and jeans in Macy's in New York. Which was great fun by the way. I also found this great poky little book shop 2 blocks from my hotel where I spent 20 dollars on 8 old scifi paperbacks which I'm still in the progress of reading.
Um... what else? Well, I went to all the big tourist-y places such as Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Madison Square Gardens, Museum Mile and Times Square where I saw the musical Rent which was fun.
