Emotional moments
Oct. 5th, 2008 06:59 pmAbout six months ago I first became aware of the the band Cloud Cult. I'm not sure where I heard of them, but I definitely think it was through the internets.
Wikipedia's genre listing shows them as art rock, experimental, indie pop, and baroque pop. I was listening to them last night, and they really spoke to me. It may have been the late hour or the alcohol, but it had the feeling of great significance and even beauty. I'm not normally an emotional person, and when I listened again today it was back to just being good music.
My question to you, my flisters is do you have moments that effects you like that, be it music or books, or even movies? If so, please let me know.
Cheers.

It's part of the reason for my default icon, too.
