Hi everybody, this is Dr. Nic-... No wait, that's from the Simpsons. Sorry I haven't updated for so long, I could say it's because of RL but it's not. I'm just lazy, and didn't bother to update.
So... What's been happening in my life you say? Well, I'll tell you. I went on strike and picketed my workplace last month during the 1 day strike which entailed standing outside work all morning with placards and leaflets making the permanent staff feel guilty, the temps we forgave because they had to go in or they could lose their jobs, and the management we tried, but they're soulless, heartless bast-automotons. *ahem* At 12:30 we went to the town hall for some speeches and afterwards went to the pub over the road for free food and drink. So it was a fun and successful day in which our group most certainly did not get tipsy on the free wine.
More recently however, I went to Walthamstow Dogs on the 1st for Lindsey, my friend from work, 25th birthday, it cost a fair bit, but the box was nice, and so was the buffet food and drink, lots of people from work and her circle of family and friends turned up and I did a some betting but lost about 20 quid in total.
Hmm. Anything else? Oh yeah, picked up some old 'Prisoner' videos yesterday, so tommorrow night will be spent in the grip of rampant paranoia.
Very big post, especially when I'm this tired. So good night, and I'll read any replies in the morning.
