Wow. Mubarek stepped down.I'm really not sure what to think about this, especially seeing as the Vice-president is an army general.I hope things go well for the people of Egypt and two other big hopes, they don't hate the western world for backing their dictator for the past 30 years and that the US and the UK try to interfere with their internal politics as little as possible.

I know breaking the habit of a lifetime will be a hard thing, but I am still somewhat an optimist.

On a far less cynical note. Neil Gaiman speaking about copyright and the internet on behalf of the Open Rights Group.
