Westminster city council run by the Conservatives are planning on making being homeless illegal. Yes, you heard that right, illegal.

Not only will sleeping on the streets be illegal, but giving food and drink to those who are unlucky enough to be homeless will also be illegal.

This kind of thinking is nothing less than hateful, to even think about fining someone for showing charity, let alone draft a law forbidding is emblamatic of the disregard for common decency and thoughtlessness that is the Tory mindset.  This makes me sick.
